David grew up just outside of
Boston, headed west to California where He earned a BA in psychology from
Pitzer College, and then moved to Denver where He lives with his wife, Erin
Dolgan, a family therapist, and their ten-year old daughter, Zoe, an aspiring
artist, athlete and entrepreneur.
